Instructions:

D. Mojito

Ingredients:

    • Mint sprig and lime wheel for garnish

Instructions:

E. Whiskey Sour

Ingredients:

    • 3/4 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
    • 1/2 oz simple syrup
    • 1 egg white (optional)
    • Maraschino cherry and orange slice for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine whiskey, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white (if using).
  2. Dry shake (without ice) for 10-15 seconds to emulsify the egg white (if using).
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well-chilled.
  4. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.

F. Negroni

Ingredients:

    • 1 oz gin
    • 1 oz Campari
    • 1 oz sweet vermouth
    • Orange peel for garnish

Instructions:
